Guest Bio:

Lisa L’Isle is the founder of The Hearth where she provides conflict mediation, presents and trains on conflict management, and coaches leaders toward building more conflict intelligent organizations. She has also served as a team lead at the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center.

Lisa is a listed Rule 31 Civil Mediator. She is trained in Nonviolent Communication and has studied the Facilitation of Difficult Conversations at the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care. Lisa is currently in a two-year cohort in the Mindfulness Mediation Teacher Certification Program led by the world-renowned Jack Kornfield and Tara Branch.

As a practitioner, Lisa has achieved a 93% agreement rate in complex mediations - results that are rarely accomplished.
